customer service. As an experienced industry leader, we are committed to respecting and protecting
our customer's privacy. We use security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse and
mistaken alteration of data used by our system. Under no circumstances will we share your personal
information with any third party, except in the circumstance where we are legally compelled to do
so. Otherwise, no one gets access to your information, ever. We do not sell or rent any such
information.
Terms & Conditions

After the PO confirmation, Sales orders are not subject to cancellation or
change
unless authorized by Achieve.

Neither party shall be responsible for delays in deliveries caused by strike,
shortage of material, delays in transportation, or other contingencies beyond that
no parties control.

All shipments will be made Ex-work Shenzhen CN or HK CN. The buyer should pay
the
shipping fee and has the right to select the carrier. Buyer assumes all
responsibility for material lost or damaged in transit.

Buyer shall inspect all Goods promptly upon receipt thereof and may reject any
Goods
that are damaged, defective, or fail in any material way to meet manufacturer's
specifications. To reject any Goods, buyer must notify Seller in writing of its
rejection and the reason within 15 days after receipt the package (for new and
unused items) & within 365 days for used items.
Returns Policy
We offer 365 days quality warranty (From the dispatch date). In the rare situation
that
a customer may need to return product purchased from Allchip Electronic, a request for an RMA should
be as follows:

Download an RMA request form below, complete it, and send to your sales
representative within 15 days of receipt of goods (for new and unused items) &
within 365 days for used items.

To help expedite your request, please include any photos and/or failure and
test
reports. Authorization to return product will only be issued after the information
provided has been fully reviewed.

Unless the Seller notifies the Buyer in writing of a Return Material
Authorization
('RMA') number, the Buyer shall arrange returned shipment. Within ten (10) days
after receipt of the written RMA number, Buyer shall return to Seller the rejected
Goods, freight prepaid, with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the carton.
Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept any rejected Goods where the RMA
number is not so displayed.
